Clear terms help humans and AI work together responsibly.
This overview explains the basic expectations for using TheSystem across human users, the AI personal assistant, AI employees, ERP modules, and governed workspaces. Enterprise agreements, deployment terms, and regional requirements may add more specific obligations.

The intent is straightforward: customers control their workspace, people, AI roles, and data. TheSystem provides the service, and both sides keep security, continuity, and acceptable use clear.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for the users they invite, AI employee roles they enable, role assignments they approve, and credentials or identity-provider controls connected to their workspace.
Acceptable use
TheSystem, including assistant and AI employee features, may not be used to access unauthorized data, interfere with service reliability, bypass security controls, or violate applicable law.
Service evolution
The product will evolve as modules, integrations, Simple Mode, Power Mode, AI employees, governance features, and operating surfaces improve. Commercial commitments are governed by the applicable plan or agreement.
Data ownership and exit
Customers retain ownership of their content and ERP records. Export, retention, offboarding, and support terms depend on the plan, deployment model, and signed agreement.
